Now out, the BlueVenn 2021.1 software update!


BlueVenn 2021.1 has landed, with highlights including a new campaign performance report, added security features and a host of new channels.

We’re excited to announce our first update of 2021, which will enable the BlueVenn technology to deliver more benefits than ever to our customers. We’re especially proud of the new capability to report on the metrics of grouped campaigns, the chance to make better use of live data sources to inform your campaigns, the enhanced capabilities of our Facebook and Google channels and a brand new Salesforce CRM integration.

The BlueVenn 2020.4 update has landed

The BlueVenn 2020.4 update has landed, with new Adtech and VOC integrations, enhanced reporting and improved user management controls.

Our final update of 2020 gives BlueVenn customers the chance to benefit from an exciting range of new features and improvements. Those with our new Google integration tool will be able to use our technology to better target Google Ads, whilst the new Confirmit integration has made managing surveys and survey data easier. Other improvements will enable our customers to report on, display, protect and manage their stored data more efficiently. Here are some of the 2020.4 highlights to be aware of.

BlueVenn announces new omnichannel marketing hub and CDP features in the 2020.3 update

The BlueVenn Marketing Hub just got even better, thanks to a host of new updates in its 2020.3 release. As well as new email, eCommerce, and social integrations and connectors, there are new marketing automation capabilities that offer personalization. There's also a unique coupon code generator and added data compliance functionality, to anonymize personal data fields in the Customer Data Platform

What’s in the latest 2020.2 Update?

The BlueVenn Marketing Hub combines two powerful omnichannel marketing tools - the powerful BlueVenn UNIFY Customer Data Platform to unify customer data into a single view of the customer, and BlueVenn ENGAGE for customer analytics, segmentation and advanced omnichannel marketing automation.

BlueVenn Engage 2020.1: new release adds CDP-powered email marketing

A core focus for the 2020.1 release of BlueVenn Engage centers on the official release of a new, embedded email editor and email marketing engine. This new email marketing module enables BlueVenn users to design, personalize and execute email campaigns and triggered messages directly from BlueVenn, thus removing the need to work in multiple platforms.

For our multi-brand and multi-national clients, we’ve also enabled new channel security features in BlueVenn Engage that ensure marketing teams working with multiple brands can manage the various data caches and campaigns and keep them separate within one system.

Finally, we’ve made some enhancements to the real-time engine for triggered campaigns, along with a host of other performance updates.

What's New in the BlueVenn Marketing Hub 2019.2 Update?

New connectors and enhanced customer analytics functionality released today for BlueVenn ENGAGE, PLUS 150 new data connectors for BlueVenn UNIFY

As part of BlueVenn’s quarterly cycle of product updates we have today released a collection of new execution channel integrations and customer analytics functionality for BlueVenn ENGAGE. There are also 150 new integrations for ingesting data into the BlueVenn UNIFY Customer Data Platform.

BlueVenn ENGAGE 2019.1 Software Release

The new BlueVenn 2019.1 release is here - but with a new name - BlueVenn ENGAGE! This is to coincide with the launch of the new BlueVenn UNIFY product in March 2019. 

UNIFY is our new 2nd generation Customer Data Platform that delivers a marketer-controlled Single Customer View, and the ability to manage your customer data autonomously within the tool. 

As well as the new name, BlueVenn ENGAGE 2019.1 comes with a new User Interface, new Cascade Segmentation functionality, a range of administration enhancements to improve the speed and processing of campaigns, and an exciting preview of a new Attribution module.

What’s new in the BlueVenn 2018.3 release?
